If you wish to apply for a refund please contact us within 14 days from the date your order was processed. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, unopened and with proof of purchase. Please send to the following address:

If we receive your returned goods in the conditions described above we will arrange a full refund of the price you paid for your order, excluding any delivery charges. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used to place your order.
Refunds are given at our discretion. We do not accept returns and offer refunds on bespoke, made-to-order items.
